This gun vault by Hornady stores two semi-auto pistols as large as 1911s, as well as revolvers with 4” barrels. Remove its upper shelf and you can stow pretty much any valuables you would like to in there!

The interior of the safe is lined with soft foam to protect your handguns’ finishes. The exterior is far more serious business: 16 gauge steel that shrugs off attacks by hammers and pry bars. Access to the vault is controlled by a four digit keypad, which is simple to program with your own four or six digit code. If the vault’s batteries run out or you forget your code, the included backup key will let you in all the same.

The vault’s door is spring-loaded to save you precious moments when you absolutely need your handgun. Its simple, boxy design makes this vault easy to install in a bookcase or some other corner of your house, and its base is drilled at the factory to permit easy installation. The vault’s battery-powered light automatically turns on when its door is opened. It gives you the option of an audible or visible alarm when its batteries begin running low.
