Brand New Shooter on a Brand New Tikka TAC A1.........Sub MOA immediately
New to Long Range Shooting on a new Tikka TAC A1. Took two shots to zero at 100 yards. The next 3 shots were under .70". All day my 5 shot groups were between .55" and .75". Also was hitting 12" steel plates at 200-350 yards. I like the math and science behind this kind of shooting.
Arthritic Old Fart Gives Thumbs Up!
Arthritis has prevented me from using most semi-auto hand guns for quite some time. My EDC is two S&W J frames, a New York reload. Arthritic fingers could get me killed if I'm fumbling with speed loaders or strips. The profile of the Hornady Critical Defense ammo lends itself to quicker reloads than my first choice which was the Federal 130 gr. HST and is far less expensive than my second choice, Buffalo Bore.
My range tests proved this ammo to be 100% reliable and sufficiently accurate for the short barrels involved. (I compared it to some of my reloads.) It also burns clean, has relatively low flash and manageable recoil. The Lucky Gunner ballistic tests indicate this ammo will be somewhat less effective than the HST, but effective enough if I do my part. My order came quickly, was exactly what I ordered, and was competitively priced.
By the way, thank you for all the work you guys do on ammo testing for the public! Your YouTube videos are fun and provide a lot of great information. Lucky Gunner is the Amazon of the ammunition world!

What can be said about 125gr .357 Magnum that hasn't been eloquently expressed already. I have no problems with muzzle flash or side blast using American Gunner 125gr .357 Magnum during daytime outside or subdued light at the local indoor range using my Ruger GP100 with a 4 inch barrel. XTP is my bullet of choice. I'm old fashioned and don't like little pieces of plastic in my ammo. If you use a .357 this stuff will serve you well.

I have been trying different loads in my rifle recently and found this is one of the best I've shot. I keep coming back to Hornady ammo in all calibers

Great ammo!!!! Hard hitting and tight groups. I've seen this stuff knock down some big hogs. My father in law hunts hogs with night vision about 3 times a week and this is all he shoots.
