Details

Fiocchi's 223 Remington frangible ammunition is designed to fragment upon impact with hard targets while providing penetration on would be assailants. This ammo is designed to reduce the chance of over penetrating walls and other hard surfaces while still providing a good defensive tool.

Charlie Bales ( Tue, 02 Apr 2013 21:57:34 +0000 ) : Got 2 boxes at Hearth Stone Guns in Greeneville, TN for $28.95 each. I shot 20 rounds through my Rock River Arms 16 Inch 1:8 twist Predator Pursuit upper on a Mohawk lower. Clover leafed approx 1/4 inch at 50 yards. At 100 yards it opened up to 1 & 3/4 inches. At 200 yards 6 inches plus some flyers. So its really made for close up with my rifle 16 inch s.s. mid heavy barrel with a 1:8 twist rate. I did not have a chronograph to check fps.
