these rounds don't fit into my Springfield xd, absolute worst ammo in the world, complete garbage, my advice go to the store and spend a few extra bucks, definitely not worth the headache (Posted on 12/5/12)Performance Value Quality - JUST OK Review by IRRELEVANT

YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. EVERY SO OFTEN A PRIMER WILL REFUSE TO IGNITE THE POWDER. I DID HAVE A NEGATIVE INCIDENT THAT CAUSED MY P229 TO LOCK-UP. FOR THE MONEY, THEY ARE GREAT. QUALITY NOT SO GOOD. OUT OF 500 ROUNDS, ROUGHLY 10 ROUNDS FAILED TO FIRE AND THERE WAS THE LOCK-UP. IF YOU ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET, THESE ARE GREAT FOR THE RANGE. I WOULD NOT DEPEND ON THESE FOR DEFENSIVE PURPOSES. (Posted on 12/2/12)Performance Value Quality - Its a sig sauer round Review by Ben

I've used this ammo several times with no failures, but I also have a sig p250 a gun that was made to shoot this round! Anyone that is having issues with the ammo ends up having a conversion kit.Performance Value Quality

I have a Glock 27 which I purchased a Lone Wolf .357 Sig conversion barrel for. I ran through 100 rounds of this with zero issues, no failures of any sort. So for anyone worried about performance with the conversion barrel, this stuff worked just fine for me. (Posted on 10/27/12)Performance Value Quality - great value Review by Beninsac

These rounds won't work in my S&W M&P. It would only shoot about 1:15 rounds. Every other brand I've tried works fine. I guess they are sized wrong for my gun. (Posted on 10/1/12)Performance Value Quality - Good Ammo Review by Deadeye78

Shot 100 rounds through Glock 31. No problems. Shot as accurately as any of the name brands and didn't cost as much. Great value. Nice groups at 25 yards. I want some more ( there out at the time I'm writing this). (Posted on 9/29/12)Performance Value Quality - Excellent ammo Review by Kilo Yankee

Fired 100 rounds through my Glock 31C zero ftf, stovepipe, etc... the lot I received seems to be "hot". The rounds have alot more kick than the Winchester white box ammo I used to buy. For all future target practice I will be using this ammo. Also only 6 brass rounds the rest were nickel. (Posted on 9/9/12)Performance Value Quality - Great ammo Review by John L

I've put over 1500 rounds downrange with my Glock 32C without a misfire. Groupings are good. Very uniform and lots of stopping power. Consistently the lowest price for 357 Sig ammo. (Posted on 7/21/12)Performance Value Quality - add shipping and you dont save that much Review by RANCID MEAT
-
with shipping cost so high the good deal turned to a not that great a deal, maybe if you get 10 bags? having said that the ammo it self was great. (Posted on 7/21/12)Performance Value Quality - Great value for target and practice. Review by keencarlos
-
Put 200 rounds through my SIG P229 no problems yet. Groupings were not as tight as more expensive stuff, but these are a great bang for your dollar. Left a bit more residue as well so I like to clean right after buckin these rounds. (Posted on 7/20/12)Performance Value Quality - Total and complete garbage Review by knight_ryder13

I have a Springfield XD and this ammo refused to work. I never got through a full mag without issues. Out of 12 in the mag I could only get about 8 to fire. There was poor seating of the bullet. I sent the gun itself back to Springfield and they polished up my ramp and sent it back to me. Still the same issue. I have fired other .357 sig through my XD with no issues. This stuff just flat out is not worth it. It burns dirty, shoots dirty, fails as often as it works and with that being said is completely not worth the price as you can raise it by 33% to account for failures. Approx 20% would not fire in my XD model. I don't know what the deal is but I read another customer had the same issues. (Posted on 2/17/12)Performance Value Quality - 2 thumbs up Review by william

-
So far I have had 3 jams in 170 rounds. I have another 300+ rounds to go so i will have to see how that goes. My pistol is I a HK compact. I fired 2500 rounds of Remington ammo and not one jam. Price is good. The ammo groups as well as the remington. (Posted on 1/21/12)Performance Value Quality - Good Target Ammo Review by Bosko

I shot 200 rounds at the range with my Glock 32. The grouping were good from 20yds. Had a couple of misfire. The price of the ammo is good for target shooting. (Posted on 1/19/12)Performance Value Quality - Great defensive round Review by alleycat

I shot a 5 point deer at 100 yardsPerformance Value Quality
hit him left side of the head the bullet entered and did exit leaving a hole the size of a quarter
the deer dropped dead on the spot.
The ammo is very clean and very little smoke.
this is a great ammo to stock pile for any future events for 2012 and for under 9 hundred bucks you can stock pile 3000 rounds and get 3 free ammo dry boxes a 65.00 value free.this is about the best deal you will make on 357 ammo unless you buy the 180 grain bear bullets 9.99 box of 50.
this ammo is great for bullet proof vests will cut right through them and exit with a hole as big as 50 cent peice they are a hollow point deep hollow point..good for up to 150 yards
The 38 ammo is good for close range combat to med range and will do the job very well.
I have a GP 100 -6 inch barrow a work horse of a gun that is for sure..I have fired hot loads 240 grain with no problem at all in this gun.
fiired 6 fast shots for effect and was amazed at what this gun can do.
buying reloads sometimes you get some of the very best ammo depends of the person doing the work on the loads if the person trys to cut corners then you end up with bad rounds and if the person loads them like he is concerned about all the major factors then you get top of the line ammo (Posted on 1/15/12) - No Problems yet Review by chashoagie

They look fine (only a few were brass, the rest nickel plated). No problems, but I have only shot a couple of dozen so I can not be definitive. (Posted on 1/12/12)Performance Value Quality - Terrible ammo, don't waste your money Review by Denver Shooter
-
This is the second time I am writing this because my first review somehow didn't ever get published. This ammo is garbage. I used it on a Springfield XD and could not get through a single clip without at least jamming 2-3 times. I would say about 2% of them were damaged and not useable (so inspect the ammo closely). The rounds are pretty dirty, in that they leave a lot of residue behind (way more than I've ever seen with quality rounds). Accuracy is ok. I was able to get a headshot with every round at about 25 feet, but the grouping was at a 3-4" (so not perfect by any means). I would not recommend this ammo to anyone, and regret having bought 500 rounds. I don't want to damage my nice gun by shooting the rest of the rounds so I guess I just wasted that money. Should have gone with something better. (Posted on 1/10/12)Performance Value Quality - Good ammo, Misleading price Review by Txgunner

I know I'm nit picking but the price is closer to .50 a round with shipping. Perhaps I just live too far away here in north Texas. (Posted on 1/10/12)Performance Value Quality - Try them in small quantity before buying. Review by Denver Shooter

I saw how great the reviews were for these rounds and considering the cost of .357 SIG rounds generally I figured this was worth a shot. I bought 500 rounds, and I doubt I will be buying more. First, make sure you really check each round before loading into clip. Out of the 500 about 4 of them were pretty banged up and not useable. I found that about 2-3% also didn't fire, as in the pin would hit the charge and nothing happened. I am using a brand new Springfield XD, with high quality magazines and I was not able to make it through a full magazine without a jam. It kind of took the fun out of the experience, because every 4 or 5 shots the gun would jam, then I would have to work it to get the round out. I've used lots of other brands, both high and low quality and never ever had a single round misfire or jam. This brand is the only one that has managed to jam up on me. As far as accuracy, it's not great but it's ok. At 25 feet it grouped about 2", so I was still able to get a headshot on every shot, but the grouping was not nearly as tight as other rounds. It's ok if you just wanna shoot something, but if you are going to the range to learn how to shoot or to become better acquainted with your weapon, then I don't recommend these. Kinda wish I hadn't bought these rounds, and they suck so bad I don't even want to go back to the range to use them up. (Posted on 1/7/12)Performance Value Quality - Good bang for your buck! I've been shooting Military Ballistics Ammo through my .40 caliber guns for awhile without any issues and figured i would try their .357 Sig round in my P229. I went throught about 150 round without 1 missfire or feed issue. Seems to be pretty accurate I had pretty impressive grouping at 20 yard. I have purchased 400 rounds of this ammo and am about to purchase another 200. I run this through a SigSauer P226 and have never had a problem with it. Never had one fail to fire or any other problem with the ammo. You wont be disappointed.........Performance Value Quality

The price of this ammo is great but the quality is low. One or two rounds out of every 100 is a dud, and contrary to the advertised picture only about half the rounds per bag at nickel plated. The other half are regular brass rounds.Performance Value Quality

I live in the country and have my own "range". I shoot at least once a week and rotate my guns to keep things fresh. My poor old Sig SP2340 doesn't get invited to the party much because at .80 a shot she's not exactly a cheap date. Popped off 50 rounds this afternoon all perfect. Now she's back on my invite list. Thanks LG for great prices, products and service. (Posted on 7/20/11)Quality Performance Value - Great cartridge, some muzzle flash Review by Tony

This is a very accurate round. Good groups at 5, 7, and 10 yards. No FTF or FTE. Was using a Glock 23 with a Lone Wolf 357 Sig conversion barrel. (My Sig 229 357 Sig is in the shop.) Very little muzzle 'flip.' (Could be the heavier LW Barrel though; will retest when my Sig gets back.) Only negative was significant muzzle flash when compared to Federal, Winchester, or Speer loads. But for daytime range practice its not such an issue. This looks to become my regular practice round. (Posted on 7/11/11)Quality Performance Value - Great practice ammo Review by madeformedicine

.357 Sig rounds are expensive; Lucky Gunner sells these rounds at an affordable price; even with the high cost of shipping (not Lucky Gunners fault) to California, I'm still able to save a few bucks. Used in a Glock 22 with a Lone Wolf .357 Sig barrel; functioned flawless with good grouping at 20 yards. This is good & inexpensive ammo to use at the range. Rounds of ammo solid and functioned without failure! Good ammo for target and training! Would certainly not use for self defense and or large animal control! Otherwise quality ammo at a reasonable price! Hands up ammo for the price! Will order again after these 500 rounds have been expended with target practice!
