This MBI 45 ACP ammunition is geared towards cost conscious customers who are seeking a great value for high volume range training and target practice.
MBI ammunition realized a need in the marketplace for more cost effective range ammunition for high volume, serious shooters. They have answered the call through this new line of 45 Auto ammunition which features once-fired brass that has a small pistol primer pocket. For years, many of the lead-free 45 ACP cartridges have been loaded with small pistol primers instead of the customary large pistol primer. In recent times, Blazer Brass (owned and operated by ATK) and some other major manufacturers have started loading their standard 45 ACP ammo with small pistol primers to help keep costs down. This ammunition functions great and through the use of the more cost effective primer, it is available at a lower price point.
This product is not just remanufactured ammunition. It is “precision” remanufactured ammunition for the serious shooter. The fact that it costs less than most new ammunition is simply an added benefit.

I fired about 160 rounds of these through my Kimber 45 and only had 1 misfire. Excellent for plinking/target shooting. Okay, I bought 2 packages of this ammo (200 rounds total). Shot them in a Ruger SR1911. Had no issues except twice a round chambered but didnt fire, I ejected the round and put it back in the magazine, both shot fine on the second attempt. My Ruger was brand new so these were the first 200 rounds through the gun. That being said I chalk the misfires up to the brand new gun not the ammo. especially since it fired on attempt 2.Performance Value Quality
Now for the reloaders... This ammo claims to be primed with small pistol primers and have a small pisol primer pocket on the brass. This is NOT true, out of 200 rounds there were only 2 casings that has small primer pockets, the other 198 casings had large primer pockets.
So if you plan on reloading this ammo I suggest waiting till you recieve it before purchasing primers to reload it with.

I've shot over 1000 rds of this thru my Glock 30 and have not had a single failure of any type. It is clean burning and it might be just a bit higher pressure than some of the other "factory" stuff I've shot. I use this ammo when I go to the range to shoot my Tommy gun. I use a 30 round clip and it is a blast shooting this ammo.
