A: Hi Lenny! That's in reference to bullet weight, not propellant. A 115 grain bullet ought to serve you just fine for target practice. (For reference, 1 grain = 1/437.5 ounces; a 9mm round's propellant charge weighs around 5 grains.)

This standard "white box" 9mm ammo by Winchester contains standard primers that contain lead. We carry a handful of 9mm FMJ ammo that has lead free primers. This page https://www.luckygunner.com/handgun/9mm-ammo?ammo_use_type=1440 has a few different types of lead free primers such as Federal's Syntech line of ammo.
