Winchester developed their M22 line of ammunition to provide realistic, tactical feel in a 22 LR training load. This round’s 40 grain projectile may look like your run of the mill LRN variety, but it is in fact coated with distinctive looking black copper. Such a bullet works terrifically in a high capacity magazine, so if you’ve an AR-15 chambered for 22 LR this is the round to feed through it. Its bullet’s aerodynamic shape and tendency to leave little fouling in its wake makes this round highly accurate as well.

Another credit toward this round’s accuracy is its 1,255 fps muzzle velocity. Its propellant reliably achieves this while creating a consistent chamber pressure and without creating excessive unwanted residues.
