Psst! Keep it quiet and we’ll let you in on a secret. If you’re trying to be silent and deadly the next time you hunt small game, then you don’t need 22 LR ammo that isn’t CCI Suppressor Max!

This cartridge’s heavyweight 45 grain bullet keeps its chamber pressure within normal range, but also knocks muzzle velocity down into triple-digit territory. Obviously, that means it’s not breaking the 1,125 fps sound barrier, which also means its report is pretty quiet – especially so when you add an suppressor to the mix.

Here is this 0.125 G1 BC round’s ballistic performance when it hits its advertised muzzle velocity:
0yds: 970 fps | 94 ft lbs | -1.5”
25yds: 935 fps | 87 ft lbs | 0.5"
50yds: 905 fps | 82 ft lbs | -0.0”
75yds: 877 fps | 77 ft lbs | -3.1”
100yds: 852 fps | 72 ft lbs | -9.1”
125yds: 828 fps | 69 ft lbs | -18.1"

The SHP isn’t your everyday, run-of-the-mill expanding projectile. Its segmentation allows it to break apart into multiple pieces after impact, each of which tunnels off along its own separate path. Multiple wound channels are bad for small game animals’ health!
