As such it’s intensely concentric, so it offers the balance that a flat, accurate trajectory revolves around. It’s also essentially inseparable from its core. High velocity collision and penetration through bones can do little to rob this round’s bonded bullet of its mass.
While the bonded bullet enters deeply into soft tissue, its soft lead core springs into action. It triggers deformation and tumbling to dig a much wider wound channel into game than the bullet’s starting .308” diameter could ever account for!
