Say it with us: This 308 Win ammunition is corrosive! That means its primer contains chemicals which, should they be allowed to accumulate inside a rifle, will attract and retain atmospheric moisture. Please observe the proper cleaning protocol for corrosive ammo as soon as you’re back from the range!

This ammo was manufactured by Sellier & Bellot sometime during the late 1970s. They had specific military rifles in mind for the ammo, including the Heckler & Koch G3 and FN FAL. As such this ammo requires a rifle with heavy hammer spring, as its primers are less sensitive than those common to the commercial loads most people are accustomed to firing.

These rounds have new brass cases, as well as the classic 147 grain full metal projectiles that are common to military surplus 308 Win. We have not yet determined whether this ammunition has Boxer or Berdan primers, nor have we given its bullet a magnet test or recorded its muzzle velocity.

This ammo is loose-packed, not in its original boxes.
