Norma makes their ammunition in Åmotfors, Sweden. Do you know how that little circle above the “A” is pronounced? We don’t. But we do know that when Norma chooses to load a fine American-made MatchKing bullet, the outcome is nothing less than match grade.

This 308 Win round’s 168 grain bullet is a hollow point boat tail. Sierra designs the MatchKing exclusively for tack-driving accuracy, not hunting, and they achieve that by giving it a jacket with essentially zero deviation in its concentricity, a needle-like tip, and an optimally angled boat tail for the reduction of drag in flight. Competitive shooters choose the MatchKing for its flat trajectory, superior resistance to wind deflection, and high downrange velocities.

Highly trained Swedes drew this round’s brass case to seat perfectly in a 308’s chamber. They formulated its propellant to promote consistent ballistic performance and matched that to a sensitive primer.
