That, more or less, is the kind of interaction this ammo will let you have with aggressive wildlife. We will grant you this: The 32 H&R Magnum isn’t as powerful as most of the other rounds that have “Magnum” in their names, and would probably only irritate a grizzly bear. But thanks to its wide flat nose (WFN) hard cast – a bullet that is alloyed with extra metals, in addition to lead, which make it extra hard – the round is able to apply the vast majority of its power toward inflicting the deepest wound channel possible.
To clarify: This ammo is for defense against beasts; not men. The hard cast would surely hurt a two-legged menace, but you would ideally select a bullet which can expand for such a scenario. The hard cast can’t.
