A: Hi Russel! If a revolver is chambered for 32 S&W Long (aka 32 Long), then it can safely fire that ammo in addition to 32 S&W (aka 32 Short). Your ammo should safely fire any 32 Long or 32 Short ammunition on the market.

A: Thanks for reaching out Paul! The .32 certainly means your revolver is chambered for a .32 caliber cartridge. The first issue of the Police Positive was chambered for 32 Long Colt, which is a different cartridge than 32 S&W Long, but they stopped producing that model in 1927. The second issue of the Police Positive was produced from 1928 until 1947, and 32 S&W Long was one of the two rounds it was available chambered for (the other being 38 Special). The Police Positive Special was later chambered for 32-20 Win, but it sounds like your revolver is the normal Police Positive (plus it hasn't got .32-20 on its barrel). In short, if you're certain your Police Positive was manufactured in 1941, and it has the number .32 on its barrel, then it could only be chambered for 32 S&W Long. (My dad has one of those pistols, by the way, and this is the same ammo he orders for it.)

A: Thanks for reaching out Khris! Sounds like you've got a Beretta M1934 – does this look like your handgun?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beretta_M1934
If it's an M1934 then it is chambered for 380 ACP, which I'm afraid we haven't got in stock. In any event, only revolvers can be chambered for 32 S&W Long!

A: No sir, I'm afraid they're not interchangeable. There appears to be some error in our search algorithm.

A: No sir, for that handgun you only want 32 ACP (aka 32 Auto) ammunition. I'm afraid that we haven't presently got any in stock, but we do update our inventory frequently. I hope you'll check back in again soon to see how we can be of better help to you!

A: I'm afraid we haven't presently got the 32-20 Winchester (32 WCF) ammo you want in stock, Greg. We do update our inventory frequently, though, so I hope you'll check back in again soon to see how we can be of better help to you!
