This round’s 115 grain projectile hits hard. Once it has passed through a 4” barrel’s muzzle, it will have accelerated to a velocity of 1,500 fps. At close range the bullet transfers well over 500 ft lbs of kinetic energy to its target, which is significantly more than sufficient for personal defense. Corbon’s jacketed hollow point possesses the durability it needs to punch through barriers and still penetrate to a depth between 9 and 15”.
