Simple. Effective. Affordable. These are the chief virtues of the lead round nose, a softer type of projectile which a semi-automatic firearm is generally not able to handle. But if you’ve got a revolver or lever-action rifle chambered for 357 Magnum and/or 38 Special, then it’s going to be on velvet once you’ve loaded it with Remington Performance WheelGun!

This round’s non-jacketed bullet weighs in at 158 grains. At that mass it’s poised to blast out of a pistol’s barrel at a velocity of 755 fps (it’ll be significantly faster out of a rifle). The LRN is suitable for steel targets, as it poses less chance of creating splash-back without any brittle copper alloy, but it’s just as good for blowing holes through the paper targets you’d hang up at the range.

Remington ensures their Performance WheelGun ammo’s consistency and accuracy by loading it with their best brass cases, as well as their Kleanbore primers which are famous for their reliability and their inability to rust up a barrel.
