Unlock the potential of the .38 Super cartridge with this powerful defensive ammunition from Corbon! These rounds come in boxes of 20 and fire a 125 grain jacketed hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,325 feet per second from a 5-inch test barrel. This contrasts favorably with many other factory .38 Super loads, which are often downloaded to 9mm Parabellum specs and don't take full advantage of the .38's potential.

As with most things in life, this superior performance doesn't come for free--this ammo produces a fair amount of recoil. In a full-size, all-steel 1911, however, the effect on the shooter should be relatively minor.

This ammunition is designated +P, as is the case with all .38 Super ammo. As "standard pressure" .38 Super ammo does not exist, any well maintained firearm chambered for .38 Super should safely fire .38 Super +P ammunition.

Corbon ammunition is loaded in Sturgis, South Dakota using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.
