Remanufactured ammo from Ultramax is well known for providing excellent cost savings while maintaining a high standard of safety and performance. This .40 Smith & Wesson ammo is a relatively light shooting target load ideal for high volume practice--something you can get plenty of with this bulk priced case of 1,000. Each case is divided into 20 boxes of 50 rounds each.
Each cartridge, in this case, fires a 165 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 940 feet per second. By the standards of .40 S&W ammunition, this is a relatively light bullet propelled to a moderate velocity--a good combination for those who are tired of the snappy recoil of full power loads.
This ammo is loaded in Rapid City, South Dakota using non-corrosive Boxer primers and once fired brass cases that have been inspected, cleaned, and refilled with new components. Some of the brass used is nickel plated.
