Details

Buffalo Bore ammunition is known for its high power level, and this .40 Smith & Wesson ammunition is no exception. These +P range rounds are an ideal practice load if you depend on more powerful defensive hollow points in your carry handgun, as they will deliver more realistic ballistics and felt recoil. This ammo should be used only in handguns

Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 180 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,100 feet per second, about 100 to 150 fps faster than most other .40 S&W ammo. As is typically the case with .40 S&W ammunition, these rounds fire flat nosed bullets which punch clean holes in paper targets for easy visibility.

This ammo is made in the USA using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass. Buffalo Bore is based in Salmon, Indiana and specializes in the safe manufacture of "hot" and +P hunting, target, and defensive ammunition.
