A: Hello Dominador! A bonded JHP's jacket is fused to its lead core. A non-bonded JHP's jacket isn't. When a bullet's two metallic component bullets are bonded together, it becomes more durable. A more durable bullet will stay more intact as it pierces a barrier (e.g. heavy clothing, sheet metal, drywall) or flesh. A bullet that conserves more of its weight also conserves more of its momentum – precisely what it needs to penetrate deeply. In fewer words, a bonded bullet's superior toughness helps it penetrate more deeply into its target, thereby increasing the harm it inflicts *and* its chance of striking a vital organ.
