This round features a 64 grain bonded solid base projectile. True to its name, its jacket and core are fastened together to ensure superior weight retention -- such a bullet penetrates to a depth of nearly 17 inches in bare ballistic gel, and more than 14 inches after having first passed through auto glass!

This soft point bullet will deform and widen substantially as it enters soft tissue. Its jacket thickens toward its base to provide a solid foundation upon which expansion can take place. That’s equally reliable and devastating terminal performance.

This round is accurate, with a 0.175 ballistic coefficient and less than 2.5 inches bullet rise when zeroed in at 200 yards. It is durable thanks to its lacquered primer, and especially useful in the dark with its low flash propellant that won’t blind you with bright muzzle blast.
