This cartridge is loaded with a 624 grain full metal jacket. The hulking bullet achieves a muzzle velocity of 2,953 fps out of a 45” barrel. Despite being a solid point FMJ, the bullet will strike with sufficient energy to topple any animal on God’s green earth. The bullet’s copper-alloy jacket conceals a steel core, which makes this ammo exactly as capable of attracting a magnet as one would expect.
Magtech’s brass cases are visibly annealed, so you can be sure they were heat-treated correctly at the factory. You can reload the virgin brass cases so long as you’ve got the .50 cal bullets and 50 BMG primers for the job. This ammo comes from the factory in cases of 250; we packaged it into bundles of ten 10-round boxes.
