Subsonic 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition may fail to fully cycle semi-automatic firearms.

This 6.5 Creedmoor ammo by Atomic Ammunition is downright stealthy! Its bullet is a normal enough weight at 129 grains, but its powder is only potent enough to give that projectile a muzzle velocity of 1,050 fps – approximately 75 fps slower than the speed of sound. As such the bang of ignition is not accompanied by a supersonic crack, so you can enjoy some truly inconspicuous target practice or varmint hunting. Team this ammo up with a suppressor and you’ll really be impressed!

A subsonic 6.5 CM cartridge’s range is limited, and its trajectory arches more steeply. But that doesn’t make this round’s hollow point boat tail bullet less accurate by any means. In conjunction with a 1:11 or faster barrel twist, you’ll be able to cloverleaf shots beyond 100 yards no problem.

The HPBT features a narrow nose profile, streamlined jacket and ballistically efficient boat tail. The HPBT’s nose cavity does not deliver terminal expansion inside game – it exists because the bullet’s form-fitted lead core was poured inside its jacket while it was still liquefied.

This ammunition is loaded in Phoenix, Arizona with premium components across the board: reloadable brass cases, sensitive and non-corrosive Boxer primers and clean-burning powder. Get yourself a few boxes and you’ll be making less noise soon!
