It’s the end of the world as varmints know it – a true “Varmageddon,” if you will. Nosler makes this 6mm Creedmoor ammo so anyone with a vendetta against prairie dogs, woodchucks, and other small beasties can go out and put some notches in their belt!

You need some real accuracy on your side if you’re going to hit such small critters over great distances. That’s why the 70 grain Varmageddon bullet sports a sleek polymer tip and precision engineered copper jacket. Nosler gives this 6mm CM round’s bullet a flat base so they can avoid any of the inconsistencies that a boat tail’s angulature might have included. It all adds up to a ballistic coefficient of 0.305.

The flat base tipped bullet becomes truly ferocious as soon as it actually finds a varmint. That’s when its metallic tip crushes into its exceedingly thin jacket mouth, a process which initiates explosive fragmentation even at very low velocities. The bullet’s jacket progressively thickens toward its midsection to keep everything intact and undeformed until the final moment of impact.

Nosler doesn’t design this ammo for competition, yet they still spend an exceeding amount of attention to the uniformity of its brass cases, non-corrosive primers, and propellant. Go put a dent in the rodent population!
