Tela Impex is headquartered in Florida, where it was founded by a decorated combat veteran. This ammunition, however, was manufactured in Azerbaijan (the country situated just east of Armenia).
Azerbaijan loads this ammo with the same kinds of components that you would find in Russian-made cartridges. Most importantly, that means you are getting bimetal jacketed FMJ projectiles. They have lead cores, although their jackets are mostly made of steel. If your range doesn’t let you fire bullets that can attract a magnet, then they definitely won’t let you fire this ammo on their premises.
This ammo is also loaded with Berdan primers and steel cases. The primers are assuredly not corrosive, and will not rust your stuff. The cases should run dependably through any AK, although they are assuredly not reloadable. Leave them on the ground, or pick them up with a magnet for convenient cleanup!
