This isn’t just 7mm-08 hunting ammunition. This is the future of 7mm-08 hunting ammunition. Fort Scott Munitions of Kansas has loaded this deer-dropper with the 120 grain Tumble Upon Impact – a solid copper projectile which delivers pinpoint accuracy before it fully lives up to its name.

The TUI is also known as a Solid Copper Spun projectile. It is precision machined from bar stock, so it is at once perfectly streamlined and totally devoid of imperfections that could have impacted its gyroscopic stability. Once the lead-free bullet achieves a muzzle velocity of 3,019 fps, it overcomes frontal air resistance effectively enough to achieve a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.436. What does that mean in English? This round’s TUI will rise by only 10.5” before colliding with a 400-yard target; it will conserve at least 1,000 ft lbs of kinetic energy until 550 yards, and remain supersonic until almost 1,175 yards.

The TUI doesn’t rely on a nose cavity or polymer tip to take down the quarry. It doesn’t expand at all! The bullet immediately destabilizes upon boring through hide, which enables it to quite literally tumble around as it inflicts a lethally injurious wound channel. You’re assured a fast and humane kill, and the monolithic bullet won’t even foul your venison with lead. Great for taking trophies on protected land!

This match-accurate ammo features new, reloadable brass cases, noncorrosive Boxer primers, and low-residue propellant that complements the already clean-shooting TUI.
