Steel casings do have their shortcomings. They don’t seal the chamber as effectively, and as the result permit more carbon fouling in the action. They are also unsuitable for handloading. They are magnetic, though, which makes cleanup after your shoot a lot more convenient if you pass a magnet over the ground!
This round features a 92 grain FMJ projectile, with the jacket needed to promote even smoother feeding and keep your pistol’s bore cleaner throughout your range session. The bullet itself also contains steel, so your shooting range may not permit you to fire this ammo there. This round’s Berdan primer is non-corrosive, so you don’t have to take any extra steps to protect your weapon from rusting.
Please Note: This ammunition is significantly different from the 9mm, i.e. 9mm Luger and 9x19mm Parabellum. It will not function in a firearm designed for 9mm ammunition.
