CCI Ammunition stands for Cascade Cartridges, Inc and was started by its two founders, Richard Speer and Arvid Nelson, in 1951. CCI Ammunition is well known as a manufacturer of rimfire ammunition, centerfire handgun ammunition (under their Blazer Aluminum, Blazer Brass, and Speer lines), and primers for reloaders. CCI Ammunition was formerly known as Speer Cartridge Works and was later renamed to Cascade Cartridges, Inc.
CCI Ammunition is well known for their famed CCI Mini-Mag line of rimfire cartridges and is a world leader in rimfire ammunition production and quality. CCI is owned by ATK which also owns Federal Premium Ammunition as well as a number of other shooting sports brands.
CCI Ammunition is manufactured at its headquarters located in Lewiston, Idaho.

Ammo used to break-in a new S&W Shield Plus 22 Mag auto pistol. This ammo was on the list of ammo recommended by S&W. The final two clips of this ammo performed perfectly.....no jams or misfires.

I bought 900 rounds of this to run through my MP15-22.
Not a single failure to feed or fire after roughly 300 rounds (one box) thus far.
The MP15-22 is by no means a target rifle, but after zeroing my scope and punching paper I had 3 touching holes at 50 yards and almost 2-in1 and a flyer at 100. I use the MP15 with a tango msr zeroed at 50yards for both competition shooting (compete for fun not to win) and squirrel hunting. The combination of this ammo, rifle and optic makes this a terrific all around set up. Cant recommend this ammo enough.

This CCI .22 LR ammo is the only product they make that my Glock model 44 doesn't like. Several cycle failures, stovepipes, and often gets lodged in chamber. Not sure why, as other CCI rounds work fine.

In a magazine of 10 rounds, I had two of them that jammed and failed to load in my Ruger LCP 2. Haven't tried them since, so I don't know if it will happen again, but I wouldn't trust the for my EDC.

Prior to this I've always run CCI mini-mags but thought I'd try some cheaper ammunition for the range. The good news is that I did get to practice a lot of malfunction drills. I was using my FN 502 pistol and my little princess is a picky eater.

I bought a .22 to introduce my grandkids to shooting and they enjoy it a lot. I bought a bulk pack of inexpensive ammo locally, but was very disappointed in the number of misfeeds and non-fires. I decided to give Lucky Gunner a try. So far this ammo has been far more reliable at a lower cost than local stores and makes range trips with them a lot more fun!

1,000 rounds out of the HK SP5 22( the mp5 but semi only in 22 cal.) Not a jam, misfire, or failure of any sort. Cleaned the firearm at the 500 round mark
