Mini-Mag is CCI’s original and most popular 22 LR offering, and it’s easy to appreciate why. This round is perfect for revolvers, bolt-actions, pump-actions, lever-actions and semi-automatics. It’s also just the ticket whether you’re shooting inanimate objects or pesky varmints!

CCI takes great care to make certain each Mini-Mag round is loaded with a 36 grain projectile. Its 1,260 fps muzzle velocity means the lightweight bullet will build up enough pressure to cycle a semi-automatic. It also means the round will produce a flat trajectory, which ought to stay supersonic until approximately 42 yards.

The copper-plated hollow point bullet’s thin copper coating promotes reliable feeding without the need for lubricant that could foul up a semi-auto’s blowback mechanism. Copper also helps to keep the bore cleaner and more effective at bullet stabilization. The CPHP’s closing act is terminal expansion – exactly the kind of terminal ballistics that’ll end any varmint’s existence fast and humanely.

CCI’s primers are top-notch, and their propellant burns up with minimal residue. You’ll wish it were possible to reload such high-quality brass!
