Great target bullets
I had never tried the blazer bullets by cci but now that I have I will be reordering. They’re great target bullets and work well in both of my 22’s. I didn’t find any duds and they shot really well. The only hang-up is the price of shipping, the price of the bullets alone are very cheap but almost $20 for shipping. They did arrive fairly quick, about 2 days but for almost $20 shipping they should arrive the next day.
Best combination of price and performance
I initially bought a 5000 round case to pair with my Ruger SR22-3620 and it has performed flawlessly for 1500 rounds. Even after heavy shooting and thick carbon deposits, not one jam, not one misfire, not one failure to eject, truely flawless.
Like any LRN .22 round, it's a bit dirty, but a cleaning after every day on the range is typical of most sports people so not a problem.
Fast delivery, just what I wanted for my bullseye competition.
I tried a number of brands and this one was the most accurate in my target gun: about 1/2 inch spread at 25 yards for 10 rounds. I now have no excuse, since the gun and ammo are more accurate than I am!
GSG 1911 .22 fan talks Blazer accuracy
I have a GSG 1911 in .22lr. I have auditioned over a dozen different kinds of .22 ammunition. This is the most accurate I have found so far in this handgun. The average grouping of six rounds of four-shot groupings is .518 inch with the tightest at .436 inches at 25-yards.
Great ammo at a great price
Bought a brick of 500 rds & tested it out on 12-06-18. Can't stand LG saving reviews on ammo that are 5 or more yrs old, so here's an updated review. Used this ammo in a Ruger SR-22 and had no problems to feed, fire or eject. Shot at an 8" Splatterburst Target at 7 yds, elbows supported on the indoor range shelf. 50 rds had 48 in the 10 & 9 ring with 2 in the 8 ring. Ammo was more accurate than CCI STD 22 LR ammo & is way cheaper. Shoots about the same as CCI Mini Mags, CCI AR Tactical & Aquila Std. For the price you can't beat it. This will be my go to ammo for my Ruger. Will check it out in my 50 yr old Hi Standard Supermatic Citation 22 target pistol next week, which is ammo sensitive with failure to feed problems. If it works I'll be back with a better review.
Very Satisfied New Customer
I was surprised by how fast this ammo arrived -- I ordered it on Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday. It works great in my new Charter Arms Pathfinder revolver. I fired more than a hundred rounds and had just one fail to fire -- which is so much easier to deal with in a revolver. In my Ruger if this happens I have to take out the magazine, clear the round and reload. In the revolver I just had to hold it for 30 seconds and pull the trigger again. I'm really enjoying my new gun and your Blazer ammo. I've been telling people about your website. Keep up the good work!
I`ll take them soon as they get them!
I use to be picky on the ammo used in my 22 rifle collection, I wouldnt shoot regular lead bullets except maybe through my 22 revolvers and a couple of bolt action rifles. Now with ammo being so hard to find in 22LR I will shoot just about anything through most of my rifles. The Blazer ammo made by CCI is a excellent round.
I bought the 5000 rd case of these bullets, and felt like I over spent, but these were the only thing I could find in 22. Three days after I bought my 5000/rd case the price for the same ammo jumped up. I am glad I pulled the tricker when I did.
Good Price, Great Quality, Great Service
This was my first internet ammo order. I was very pleased with the 'hassle free' process. The price is excellent and the quality very good. I was most pleased with the quick shipment and customer service including the email follow-ups. I will be ordering again soon for my other ammo needs.
Causes excessive leading
A very reliable ammo, but after shooting a few rounds in my Walther P22, the accuracy is gone due to excessive lead deposits in the barrel. Cleaning the barrel with a brass brush pushes long pieces of thin lead that stuck inside.
Just bought this brand and all I can say is it's fantastic. My old ammo was consistent, consistently inaccurate to say the least. This ammo shoots dead on, my other ammo was off by several inches, high ,low and sideways,I thought it was me at first considering I was an excellent shot, I was called a natural when I was younger by friends that were in competitions. After using Blazer 22LR'S, I was back to my old self again. I used to think all ammo was the same, boy was I wrong, Blazer ammo proved that. I'll only use Blazer from now on.
One of the BEST
Everyone knows how finicky different pistols can be with .22LR. Have seen my share of lousy rounds, but the Blazer gets the job done beautifully, every time. I've put it through two different Ruger MKIII 22/45's, a GSG 1911 .22, and a Taurus 94. Have shot thousands of rds of it, the wife probably more than me, no failure to fire, have had the occasional feed issue in her Ruger, think that might be due to a worn mag spring more than the ammo itself. Very accurate, hits hard enough for steel plate shooting too. They might go down a bit slow, but they drop. You won't be dissapointed.
Great product for unbelievable price!!
Currently just got done shooting 2 full cases in two weekend with a ruger markIII 22/45 w.5.5" barrel.....flawless...shot clean as u would expect cci ammo to....only had to clean the gun 6 times but for 10,000rds that's pretty good using clp...thank god for speedloaders and 25 magazines;-)
my old 22 had a problem of jamming replaced every thing in it but still jamed.TILL NOW FIRES EVERY TIME.I WILL ALWAYS BUY THIS AMMO ITS AMERICAN MADE.THE OUTHER AMMO I GOT IS NOT.I THINK THAT WAS THE PROBLEM WITH MY GUN.I WILL BUY THIS AMMO AGAIN.THANKS LUCKY GUNNER.
