I bought this to run in a kimber 22 conversion that i installed on a ruger sr1911. I started off using federal bulk because i have a few boxes laying around for my smith and wesson 617. the federal didnt have quite enough energy to fully cycle the action every time. i decided to try this stuff out since it was a little cheaper than the mini mags. It functions the same as the mini mags and i ran an entire 375 round box in one setting without cleaning. I didnt have a singel malfunction. I did clean and lubricate the firearm afterwards. The ammo also runs a little cleaner than the federal but its still 22 so dont expect it to be to clean. (Posted on 12/15/12)

I own 4, 22 rifles: an AR, a 10/22, and 2 1950's Remingtons.
I own 2, 22 revolvers: an LCR22 and an old H&R nine shot.
I own 1, 22 pistol: a Beretta Neos

CCI Tactical runs perfectly in all of them. I don't understand what the people who talk about these rounds leave a "waxey" build up are saying. These rounds are no different than regular CCI Mini-Mag rounds. They feed well and go boom everytime in all of my guns and leave no special gun cleaning problems after I am thru shooting.

LG has this ammo at a great price and delivers it as quickly as possible. Buy at least one box and try it out for yourself. A lot of people say that many 22 autoloaders are picky about what ammo they eat. I'm pretty sure most autoloaders will love eating CCI AR Tactical. (Posted on 12/7/12)

i have an old high standard pistol that has a very stiff cycle spring and is very picky about its ammo. This ammo worked the best of any i've shot through it ever. Had enough blow to cycle well and no jams. I may switch all my 22's to this ammo. (Posted on 8/11/12)

Shoots without a single flaw for my ruger 10/22. Clean up after the range was not easy due to the waxy coating.....but the accurate high rate of fire more than offsets this...a great plinking round!!! (Posted on 7/26/12)

Been looking for something reasonably priced that shoots well from a 10/22 built around a WhistlePig barrel and getting disappointing results - to the point I was getting ready to swap the rifle... MiniMags are "OK" but will still send out a flyer or 2 when least expected. Standard velocity, the same (though it shoots lights-out in my other .22's). The first 10 rounds of the CCI Tactical went into a quarter at 50 yards (with 10 mph swirling wind), then repeated with the 2nd 10. Big grin. Ran it through a competition Mk III with great results. It's a little more expensive than other "bulk", but definitely outshoots the Blazer, Federal & Winchester that the big box stores sell... Now I'm going to stock up. Good stuff. (Posted on 6/4/12)
