Details

This .38 Special ammunition from Speer's Lawman series is an excellent practice load, particularly if you carry Speer Gold Dot ammunition. Each variant of Lawman range ammunition is designed to produce the same ballistics and recoil as its Gold Dot counterpart. This results in a more realistic training experience without the need to expend large amounts of costly hollow point ammo.

Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a light 125 grain total metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 863 feet per second. Total metal jacket (TMJ) bullets are a great choice for target practice; in contrast to FMJ projectiles, they have fully encapsulated cores. This lowers the risk of airborne lead exposure, a particular benefit when shooting indoors.

Speer ammo is widely used for self-defense and training by CCW holders and law enforcement officers around the country. It is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho and uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases. As part of the Vista Outdoor group, Speer is a sister company of Federal, CCI, Bushnell, and several other notable firearms and ammo industry brands.
