Absolutely cannot recommend this round enough as an affordable home defense solution. Every round I tested fired as it should have with a nice 4" cluster at 20ft. Bought a case. 300 rounds later and no issues and shoots good to great in the Glock 23 and 27. I like to train and shoot about quarter-time with what I carry, and these are a winner. I don't need to clean all the time with them, either. (Posted on 9/4/12)

Remember Grandpa Pidgeons? A great place to buy ammo cheap but it's been gone about 25 years now. Then there is WalMart, good prices listed but the shelf is usually empty. Now Lucky Gunner, great prices and fast shipping. If it's listed, they have it. My latest purchase was no exception. Haven't shot them yet but I know Federal performs. I give this ammo 5 stars for performance cuz it's never failed and is as accurate as I am. It hits where I aim it....I give it 5 stars for Value cuz I haven't found it any cheaper than here.....I give it 5 stars for quality cuz it's made by Federal. I use this as my personal protection ammo. Since you should run 300-500 rounds of any ammo through your weapon to make sure it likes it goes BANG every time, I need an affordable hollow point to attain that number of trial runs. Besides, and I hope the day never comes, I don't think the bad guy cares if you shoot him with ultra premium and expensive ammo or just something that gets the job done. (Posted on 7/18/12)

It works flawlessly in my Glock 22 and Kahr PM40. Only issue is that it gets stuck in the chamber of my Kahr PM40 when I have to extract a live round from the chamber. I think the tip of the cartridge is too wide. Other than that problem, its cheap and it fires! (Posted on 4/19/12)
