This 12 Gauge ammunition is just about the worst thing that can happen to a duck. Federal Black Cloud FS Steel ammo utilizes exceptionally deadly shot and highly effective wads so you can become master of the marshes!

This shell is 3” long so it can fit 1-1/4 ounces of nontoxic steel shot. Forty percent of a Black Cloud round’s shot is comprised of Federal’s own FliteStopper pellets, each of which has a raised edge girdling its circumference. This enables the FliteStopper pellet to track a deadlier wound channel into its target. Standard round pellets comprise the remainder of this shell’s shot column.

Federal’s uniform shot promotes dense patterns, but the real star of the show is the FliteControl Flex wad. Compatible with any waterfowl choke, the FliteControl Flex features side-mounted vents and rear-deploying petals which work together to deliver truly efficient shot patterns. When your quarry is far away and moving fast, this shell’s wad gives you the leg up you need!

This shell is loaded with temperature-stable powder to promote uniform recoil and ballistic performance during any weather, as well as the sealed crimp it needs to keep that low-fouling powder nice and dry. Federal’s plated steel head is resistant to corrosion, and their primer blocks out water infiltration that could have turned a round into a dud.
