It also features Hornady’s own Heat Shield tip, which is made of polymer that won’t warp or otherwise deform while it’s roasted by aerodynamic friction.
Unlike the ELD Match, the ELD-X expands. Within 400 yards, you can trust its InterLock ring to keep its jacket and lead core firmly planted together. No less than 50% weight retention at that range! And if you hike it out even farther, you can still expect the ELD-X to widen out lethally.
