This ammo is loaded with the 22 LR’s basic lead round nose projectile. Not a lot of features to list here: just a simple, aerodynamic bolt of pure lead that exits a rifle barrel at a supersonic muzzle velocity of 1,235 fps. Blazer specifically loads this ammo to cycle semi-autos, so it’s going to work in your 10/22 or Mk IV or what have you. The bullet’s not going to expand on impact, but it’s still powerful enough to ruin any small rodent’s day.
As a subsidiary of CCI, Blazer’s 22 LR rounds sport extremely consistent and reliable rimfire primers. Straight-walled brass cases with concentric rims are what any firearm needs for smooth functionality, and low-fouling propellant will keep cleaning time short!
