This 243 Win cartridge’s 70 grain bullet makes life flat-out impossible for a varmint – when it hits them. As a BlitzKing it is intensely accurate, replete with a sharp acetyl resin polymer tip and ultra concentric copper jacket. At a muzzle velocity of 3,450 fps such a BlitzKing achieves a 0.299 G1 ballistic coefficient! That lets this round deliver a supersonic bullet up to 930 yards away – nearly the extent of the 243’s effective range.
At least the BlitzKing doesn’t cause a varmint any pain and suffering. On impact its tip drives back into its core, instantly rupturing its thin-walled jacket to trigger a deadly demonstration of expansion and fragmentation.
