Loaded to a muzzle velocity 2,735 fps, this round’s 140 grain open tip match bullet reaches a high ballistic coefficient of 0.586. It manages this feat thanks to its attenuated jacket’s surgical concentricity, long boat tail which greatly mitigates in-flight turbulence and resistance to wind deflection, and lead core which is form-fitted to the contours of said jacket to prevent minute voids from throwing off stability.

Precision Match ammo is loaded with temperature stable propellant. Fire your 260 in the sweltering heat or biting cold and you’ll still punch cloverleafs into your target. These rounds’ brass cases are drawn to stringent tolerances to deliver optimal chambering and alignment with the barrel’s rifling, and their match primers all light up to precisely the same temperature.
