This 308 Win cartridge by Hornady is perfect for winning matches and demonstrating in no unclear terms to your ranges buddies that you’ll always be better than them It does this thanks to its 155 grain ELD Match projectile. The bullet has a rather unique feature in its Heat Shield tip, which doesn’t care how intensely air friction cooks it -- it maintains its sharp and perfectly centered meplat regardless. Hornady has applied their other accuracy heightening techniques into this hair splitter as well: an AMP jacket with virtually zero runoff, a boat tail that’s angled to generate as little turbulence as it’s possible for it to in flight, and a secant ogive profile that swims through the air. This all comes together to promote an impressively flat trajectory.
