This Montana-made round is loaded with a Missouri-made 165 grain GameKing. You may see the bullet referred to as a “spitzer boat tail,” “pointed soft point” or “soft point boat tail.” All you have to know is that it achieves a 0.404 G1 ballistic coefficient and resultant flat, wind resistant trajectory. The GameKing’s exposed lead core smashes down to exhibit rapid terminal expansion, transferring its energy outward as it punches a progressively wider wound cavity into the quarry.
