For such a tiny cartridge, the .380 ACP has a bit of an unexpected kick to it. This usually has more to do with the compact size of the pistols chambered for it than the cartridge design, but can be mastered with enough practice--which means shooting a lot of rounds! Fortunately, buying in large quantities can help you save money. Enter this 1,000 round case of .380 range ammunition, which is labeled by European manufacturer GECO by the metric designation of 9mm Browning, to distinguish it from the longer 9mm Luger, with which it is not interchangeable.

These cartridges are made by RUAG, one of the largest defense contractors in Europe. Each round in this case fires a 95 grain full metal jacket bullet at 900 feet per second; at typical .380 pistol ranges, you'll get the same ballistics from this ammo as any defensive round--without the hollow point expansion or the extra cost, of course.

This ammunition uses brass cases and non-corrosive Boxer primers. It's the perfect target practice round for Ruger LCPs, SIG P238s, Walther PPs, Colt Mustangs, and other .380 Auto pistols.
