Load this 45 Long Colt +P ammunition by Corbon into any revolver and it will become a fine tool for personal protection. Load it in a lever-action rifle and you’ll be ready to hunt as well. Just don’t load this ammo and expect anything less than devastating terminal performance. Corbon’s Deep Penetrating X-panding bullet sees to that.

This round’s 225 grain solid copper hollow point is clean shooting, nontoxic, and compliant with state laws that ban lead hunting bullets. Resilient copper also boasts the strength it needs to pierce a variety of barriers without splintering apart. With its 1,200 fps muzzle velocity out of a 7.5” barrel, this bullet maintains the momentum it needs either to reach a game animal’s vitals or incapacitate a threat.

The monolithic DPX also features internal serration cuts, enabling it to double its diameter as it meets with resistance from soft tissue. Unlike a traditional JHP the DPX also protrudes six sharp cutting petals as it expands, making its terminal effect all the more disastrous. Alongside the tough bullet’s tendency to consistently penetrate to a depth of 12 to 18 inches within soft tissue, its stopping power is undeniable!

This American-made 45 Colt +P round features a new production brass case and non-corrosive primer. Its lead-free bullet and low residue propellant will keep a revolver or rifle remarkably clean.

Please note: This ammo is incompatible with firearms that are chambered for 45 ACP (aka 45 Auto). Corbon does not load this +P ammo to SAAMI specifications.
