A: Thanks for reaching out Tony! Here is 45 Colt hunting ammo that is optimized for lever-action rifles, which is loaded with deep-penetrating bonded JHP bullets. It'd be a great ally during a freak boar or black bear encounter: https://www.luckygunner.com/45-long-colt-250-grain-bonded-hp-federal-hammerdown-20-rounds

A: Hi Ruben! I can't promise any kind of a performance out of a firearm that I haven't personally tested, but there's zero reason why this ammo should fail your lever gun. The bullet's safe for a tube mag.

A: Hi Chris! Bond Arms has not tested this ammo in your pistol, although I foresee no reason why it shouldn't function as you would wish.

A: Thanks for reaching out Curtis! This ammo ought to work just fine in any 45 Long Colt revolver or rifle. (To be certain, this round features a polymer-jacketed bullet – not a polymer casing.)
