Igman is headquartered in Bosnia and Herzegovina (a confusing name for what is most assuredly a single country), and their ammo gets exported to more than 50 countries across the globe – including the best country, which is the United States. This is Igman’s stock M193 load, with a 55 grain full metal jacket projectile that is all set to clear a 20” barrel’s muzzle at a rate of 3,180 fps. The bullet feeds efficiently, doesn’t excessively foul up the bore, and also doesn’t contain any steel. Its lead-antimony alloy core and copper-zinc alloy jacket make the FMJ textbook nonmagnetic.
This isn’t old military surplus ammo, and it does not have reloaded cases. Each round has a sealed noncorrosive Boxer primer and a factory fresh brass case, which is reloadable. (The case is only cosmetically discolored because Igman heat-treated the brass for added suppleness without polishing it up afterward.)
