Would you like to take advantage of Wolf’s inexpensive steel cased ammo, but typically try to avoid it because Wolf’s bullet jackets contain steel? Then this ammo may very well make you howl with delight, because its full metal jacket bullets contain no steel that could create sparks, reduce barrel life, or bar them from use at indoor ranges!

This 7.62x39 cartridge has a 122 grain FMJ. The jacket is made of copper instead of magnetic bimetal, with a lead core and solid point that inhibits terminal expansion. This ammo’s the right choice for target shooting with an AK-47 or SKS, although you’ll find it can manage a threat to your personal safety pretty efficiently as well.

Wolf’s copper jacketed bullet is seated in the Russian manufacturer’s usual steel case. The case is polymer-coated for more efficient passage through a semi-auto, outfitted with a non-corrosive Berdan primer, and charged with clean burning propellant. Cases like Wolf’s are not reloadable, but at least they’re easy to pick up off the ground with the aid of a magnet!
