ZSR is a Turkish company which produces everything from small arms ammunition to Heavy Anfo Sarex, an explosive compound. They load their 9mm cartridges according to C.I.P. specs, which makes them just the ticket for target shooting with any handgun regardless of its country of origin.

This cartridge is loaded with the target shooter’s preferred full metal jacket projectile. The most important thing we can say about it is that it’s completely nonmagnetic: just a lead-antimony core and copper-zinc alloy jacket (i.e. no ferrous metals).

ZSR takes a different approach when it comes to measuring their ammo’s velocity. Instead of its velocity at the muzzle, they record this round’s 1,214 fps velocity 52.5’ away from the muzzle. For a 124 grain bullet that’s still mighty peppy, meaning this ammo should pose no problem when it comes to cycling all your semi-automatic firearms.

This new production ammunition is loaded with freshly minted brass cases and non-corrosive Boxer primers. The sealant around its primers keeps the reloadable ammo safer from water infiltration in storage or out in the field.
