Best self defense ammo out there
Review by Funguydave
I read a lot of reviews, ballistics tests, and viewed many video reviews. This stuff is bad-ass. Would not want to be on the receiving end. One well respected/known reviewer went so far as to say that when it comes to the FBI ballistic standards, this ammo performed almost exactly to the desired expectations. He said that if he had to make up data to meet the optimal requirements this bullet did just that. Nearly perfect in all ballistic tests. That being said, I sleep well knowing it's in my nightstand mags, however that piece of mind comes at a cost. $.70/rd in this case(hence the 3 stars) I bought a 1000 rounds, but won't be in a hurry to buy more at that price. Just too cost prohibitive. The only other concern I had was when LG says it is only available to the public through buybacks from police departments. My bullets had a VERY light "sticky" film or residue on the outer casings. Just enough to make me want to wipe down/polish the rounds before I loaded them into the magazines. Maybe a touch of OCD, but most of the other "new" rounds I buy seem almost polished, and very smooth. I shot just 50 rounds the next trip to the range out of my Sig P226 Legion, and the groupings were unbelievable. No problems at all, and very tight groupings. I couldn't see any manufacture date on the individual packs, but made me wonder just a little how long these police overstocks have been sitting around. Guess I'll never know, and given the performance thus far, not sure I care. Don't regret the purchase, just hopeful they are truly recently manufactured, as I will likely be storing in a sealed ammo can with silica for quite some time. It might be wiser to invest in a couple hundred and keep them loaded up for the bad guys. Best 9mm self defense ammo out there as far as I'm concerned.

Great for EDC
Review by Cajunjarhead
First, LuckyGunner delivered as I have come to expect after years of buying from them: promptly and accurately! This ammunition functions flawlessly in my Glocks and Beretta pistols. When my wife decided to use a 9mm for her EDC this is the ammunition I selected for her to use.
