Q: Can you help me understand this ammo? I can't find anything of the sort for reviews on it. Is it basically white box but just in a less attractive box keeping it simple for packaging for law enforcement?

A: It is indeed government overrun that was intended for law enforcement, so there's very little about it online. It's equivalent in quality to a Winchester Ranger JHP load.
