A: Yes sir! While I can't vouch for every single firearm on the market, this ammo does generate sufficient chamber pressure to cycle a semi-auto. It's subsonic, but its muzzle velocity is low because of its unusually heavy bullet – not an abnormally weak propellant charge. That means it still creates enough energy to cycle a semi-auto.
To put it another way, this ammo is specifically designed for suppressed firearms. To my knowledge only one revolver in history was ever compatible with a suppressor (the Russian Nagant M1895), so Ammo Inc. fully intends this ammo's owners to run it through semi-autos and not be disappointed.
