We test fired five rounds of .357 Sig Remington 125 gr UMC JHP into synthetic ballistic gelatin to observe its expansion and penetration characteristics. The ammo was fired from a Glock 31 pistol at a distance of 10 feet. A four-layer barrier of heavy fabric was placed in front of the gelatin to simulate clothing.
The complete data for this load from our test can be found on the chart below. The photo slider displays the expanded bullets that were retrieved from the gel. Pictured below is a high speed video that shows the bullet entering the gel at approximately 10,000 frames per second. The diagrams at the bottom of the page should give you an idea of how this load compares to other .357 Sig loads.

Just what I was looking for
Review by Pizza Slayer
This is well priced, well made ammo to practice with and carry. It holds its own against the velocity and energy of higher priced factory fancy stuff. Its not as pretty, but it works.

Good all around

I have been shooting this in matches at the range and as carry ammo. This is a great all around ammo, it’s accurate powerful, reliable and comes at a good price.

This is the most accurate .357 Sig that I've tried so far. Granted, I go for the cheap stuff most of the time as I'm mostly target shooting recreationally. That said, this stuff makes me look like a pretty decent shot.

good value, good performance
Review by pixel_counter
I bought these JHP along with FMJ from another manufacturer. Was very pleased with the results. As a self-defense round this Remington .357 SIG JHP is more than sufficient and compared well to the FMJ. Excellent shot groupings with the Remington .357 SIG from at distances from 5, 10 & 15 yards were all in softball size circle (a referenced size everyone is can compare to). I plan to but more ~

.357 Sig is hard to find, but here it is. I had no problems with feeding and no misfires. At the time I purchased this I couldn't find any .357 Sig anywhere for less.

not easy to find .357sig sometimes, but lucky gunner usually has some and this stuff is a pretty good price for HP ammunition. by nature of the case i dont think i've ever had a problem with this stuff feeding and i've never had a misfire. good stuff, good price.
