Bought 500 rounds, shot 300 rounds through my kimber custom eclipse. I did not have any feeding or firing problems. all loads were consistent and I actually 150 of those rounds in a IDPA shooting event. I would buy them again. I got three boxes. At least 1 and sometimes as many as 3 rounds per 10 round magazine misfed or failed to fire on first strike. I was shooting a single/double action Taurus so all rounds eventually were fired but several took 3 strikes. I was breaking in a new gun so I expected a misfeed or two early on, but certainly not like I got. I was wondering if I had a defective pistol. When I finished the 3 boxes of this stuff, I shot 2 boxes of Magtech 230 gr FMJ and a 20 round box of Corbon 185+p JHP. There was not a single problem with the 120 rounds of non-Aguila ammo. It was not the pistol, just the ammo. The first and last time I will ever buy Aguila. (Posted on 5/11/11)Performance Value Quality - EXCELLENT PURCHASE Review by 45 KEEPER

Same here. Bought a case a year ago and had setback on about 10% just from the factory. Chambering is a different story. (Posted on 3/26/11)Performance Value Quality - Expect lots of bullet setback Review by niemi24s

Performance not rated because ammunition purchased for non-firing test purposes. The single box received had the most bullet setback of any of the 20 or so commercial ammunitions tested. It was even worse than CCI Blazer and Blazer Brass! Problem appears to result from failure of the sealant between the bullet and case. Monitor setback carefully and avoid repeated chambering. Aguila has been notified. Your box may be OK. (Posted on 12/23/10)Performance Value Quality
